Innovations in vocational education
In the field of innovations in vocational training, f-bb supports the modernisation of Germany's apprenticeship and vocational education and training systems. Demographic change, the need for sustainability, digitalisation, and Industry 4.0 are all key factors driving the need for further development.
The aim is to develop and evaluate innovative concepts and formulate concrete recommendations for the design of support programmes and training courses. The goal is to increase the quality of vocational training, clarify its equivalence with academic higher education, and thus make both sides of post-secondary education in Germany more open.
