Where possible, we anonymise or pseudonymise the data.
Categories of recipients: We will, if necessary, provide necessary data to external recipients, such as the client and the sponsor (proof of eligibility requirements and our services provided), to network partners and project partners (e.g. if jointly responsible for processing), and to service providers to fulfil the tasks assigned to them (e.g. names to freelancers, organisers, hotels). Due to our legitimate interests in joint administration of data, data may be processed by internal service providers of the group under the same conditions that would apply to the data controller.
